ACI Webinar - Airport communications during and after COVID-19
As the world deals with the impact and effects of COVID-19 and prepares for the return to our “new normal” it is important to consider how we communicate with our colleagues within the industry as well as with our clients, stakeholders and passengers. In this webinar, we offer some insights into how we can navigate from crisis mode to re-establishing trust and open communication worldwide.
We cover important principles of crisis communication and preparing for operations after lockdown. How will operations need to change in order to communicate clearly with passengers, partners, and stakeholders around the world? How will the industry backer-establish the trust of the travelling public and ensure that passengers, staff, and all stakeholders know that their health and safety will always be our number one priority?
