Airport Authorities representing hundreds of airports globally responded to ACI World’s recent virtual survey to assess the level of impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had with regards to cybersecurity at airports.
This report gives unique insights from Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) at airports on how COVID-19 has impacted them and how they have adapted their approach.
The survey findings reveal the positive action taken by airports in managing new and changing cybersecurity risks, particularly in recognizing the vulnerabilities resulting from increased remote working and cyberattacks.
