ASQ 2021 Global Traveller Survey
Description
The ASQ 2021 Global Traveller Survey builds on the solid foundation of last year’s Survey by providing an in-depth update on the evolution of the passenger perspective and assessing future travelling behaviours and passenger mindset.
The Survey provides findings from the responses of passengers that were at least 18 years of age, travelled by air at least once a year prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, and intend to travel by air again in the future.
The Survey:
- Considers the latest state of air traffic recovery.
- Analyzes travellers’ current perceptions of the COVID-19 pandemic and how this is likely to translate in their future behaviours.
- Focuses on the potential for improvement of the passenger experience by analyzing passengers’ principal expectations towards airports.
- Highlights opportunities in terms of health and safety measures that can be implemented to support the airport experience.
Completion of the report was supported by InterVISTAS—Platinum Advisory Partner—and KONE, ICF, and Plaza Premium Group as Premium sponsors.
