Wildlife Hazard Management Handbook, Third Edition (2022)

Wildlife Hazard Management is critical to the safety of operations at airports. The third edition of the Wildlife Hazard Management Handbook has been updated to include new information on the performance of the wildlife hazard management plan and key performance indicators, as well as several useful case studies.

The Handbook is aligned with the updated and newly published version of ICAO Doc 9137 – Airport Services Manual, Part 3, Wildlife Hazard Management. While remaining short and succinct, it provides solid information for short-, medium-, and long-term action, as well as risks and mitigations to consider.
